BIM Modeller cum Coordinator shall design, route, and consider the equipment and piping design modeled to meet the objectives and is accordance with the relevant document requirements following the BIM Execution Plan. **I.** **DAILY TASK** Preparation of drawings using CAD tool: - Piping Schematic Drawings - Piping arrangement plans. - Piping isometric drawings - Site tracking of piping systems and preparation of as built drawings - Site Piping & Electrical knowledge. - Avoid any clashes during site coordination drawing. - Prepare 3D drawing for site use. **II.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** To produce Engineering drawing: - Assist BIM & CAD department in creating, updating, and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle. - Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information. - Ensure integrity/ quality of the models. **(Generate REVIT family base on catalogue)**: - Generate documentation and shop drawings for site installation. - Produce BIM Model deliverables for Construction, documentation, and fabrication. - Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM Based qualification and 4D simulation (LOD450) - Train new team members on BIM processes and **maintaining the BIM models throughout the project lifecycle**. - Understanding of all things BIM and **be able to troubleshoot any BIM-related issues that may arise**. - Reviewing project specifications and other data to develop related drawings. - Need to **monitor adherence to the BIM Execution Plan** and make sure that everyone is working efficiently. - Maintain quality standards and accurate drawings for fabrication and erection. - Liaise with project team members, project engineers and client for designing related engineering drawing. - Support Planning & Design Section documentation work including drafting work requested by incumbent superior or Section Head. **III. QUALIFICATIONS** Experience with BIM MEP design is encouraged to apply. - Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Piping. - At least 3 Year(s) of relevant experience in C&S, Reinforcement/ Architectural/ Electrical & Mechanical BIM Models related projects. - Well versed in Revit & BIM Collaboration. - Able to complete models, shop drawings in timely and quality manner. - Be honest and trustworthy. - Be respectful. - Be flexible. - Demonstrate sound work ethics. - Able to multitask. **Skill Required**: - Familiarity with 3D modelling tools such as **Plant 3D** & **BIM Collaboration** is an added advantage. - Good in English & Bahasa Malaysia communication and writing skills. - Able to work independently with minimum supervision through the process. - Understanding of Engineering, Drawings and Project site environments Working hours: 08:00 - 17:48 (normal working hours) Working days: Mon - Fri (normal working day) One (1) day rest in every 7 days. Must not exceed 60 hours per week including Over Time. Entitle for OT Rate 1.5 (Normal Working Day & Off Day < 8 hours) / 2.0 (Public Holiday & Rest Day 8 hours office hours) - Basic salary RM4000.00 and below. Entitle for Fix Overtime Rate, RM15/hour - Basic Salary above RM4000.00 Contribution of EPF, SOCSO & EIS. Annual Leave, Sick Leaves and Other Special Leaves under company.
