**Content Writer**
Salary Range: RM3000 - RM6000

Allowance: Up to RM1000
Working hours: Monday to Saturday 9am-7:30pm (2 hours lunch break)

**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for using the company's product channels for promotion and drainage
2. Responsible for the company's product channel customer service technical service support
3. Deal with channel customer feedback issues, coordinate customer channels to collect data, and analyze data
4. Give accurate responses to customer feedback questions at the first time, and record the problems
5. Follow up the feedback to the business docking department or technical docking personnel on the processing progress of the problem and reply to the channel customers in a timely manner
6. Coordinate other matters assigned by superiors
7. Basic salary plus performance commission

**Job Requirements**:
1. High school education or above, exposure to Internet platform products is preferred
2. Those who have used the cloud control system or have any channel for promotion and drainage are preferred
3. Customer service experience is preferred
5. Have a strong sense of responsibility and affinity, and be willing to help customers or teams solve problems
6. Quick learning ability, problem-solving ability and teamwork spirit

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
