Job Summary:
- To provide preferred claims experience in accordance to the service standard and procedure guideline set.
- Provide prompt response to internal and external customers at all times.
- Participate and complete timely on the Projects assign.
- Adhere to all claim guidelines and regulations.
Key Responsibility:
- Claim registration for TPVD/TPPD/TPUL within 2 days upon received notification (Merimen and shared drive) by adhering to all the service standard and benchmark set by the company SLA and BNM without compromising data accuracy
- Ensure PIC is assigned on daily basis for all claims that are automatically registered through system integration
- Ensure claims reconciliation is attended and updated as and when required with relevant remarks to provide the detail answers leading to the non compliance or leading to reconciliation.
- Update accurate remarks and ensure uploading all correspondences into the system (Merimen and back-end system, where applicable) during claim registration
- Ensure civil summon received before and during claims registration is alerted to PIC of the claims immediately which should be on same day of receipt to avoid JID against the Company
- To ensure claim reserving are set correctly at the time of registration, ie,
- At SOR if claim amount not available
- 75% of claim amount
- Backup team members and assume responsibilities as and when required
- Participate in projects initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity of the department/company.
- Ensure full compliance with the requirements of AXA Group policies, guidelines procedures, Claims Processing SOP, and all related SOP, local and other relevant laws and regulations in the daily discharge of duties.
