Chief Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Chief Nurse to lead our dedicated nursing team at a professional confinement centre, focused on providing exceptional care to postpartum mothers and newborns. This pivotal leadership role involves upholding high standards of nursing care, staff management, and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee, guide, and support a team of nurses and caregivers
- Ensure adherence to nursing best practices, hygiene protocols, and safety regulations
- Facilitate training, coaching, and performance evaluations for nursing staff
- Collaborate with doctors, lactation consultants, and other healthcare professionals
- Provide direct care and assistance in complex or high-need cases
- Develop and implement postpartum care plans and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Respond swiftly and effectively to medical complications or emergencies
- Maintain accurate medical records and reports

**Requirements**:

- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
- At least 5 years of nursing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Background in maternity, obstetrics, or postnatal care is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Malay, or English is an added advantage
- Genuine passion for maternal and infant health

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
