Work with other agents from different LOB to provide the best customer experience to customers.
- Maintain a strong product knowledge to assist customers and their concern
- Strive to meet Key Performance Indicators set by the management to ensure best quality of service are constantly delivered
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in any discipline preferably social science
- Preferable at least 1 year call center / BPO experience
- Fast learner and independent
- Language proficiency in English (B2)
- Native Speaker of Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin (If language support is required)
- Communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Passionate in gaming
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively on a team
- Self-learner interested in both the how and the why
- Ability to educate customers on policy and product questions
- Ability to prioritize effectively according to changing circumstances and manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail
- Ability to follow processes without being blinkered by them
Preferred:
- E-mail and live chat support experience
- Experience in online advertising at a major media agency or publisher
- Bi-lingual proficiency is preferred
- Pre-sales experience; able to deliver product value proposition
- Experience working in and with a global organization
- Success in this position requires exceptional customer service skills; a willingness to experiment; the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment; and a passion for helping others achieve results
