Internship Trainee

We are actively seeking a highly motivated Internship Trainee in Business Administration/Accounting to join our dynamic team at MOLHIT PACK SDN. BHD. in Semenyih, Selangor. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain essential hands-on experience in the administrative, business relation & development, marketing and accounting functions of our rapidly growing packaging company.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing administrative support to the admin & finance department
- Reviewing, participating, and preparing government & agency tender in the procurement system
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes
- Assisting in preparing financial reports and reconciliations
- Assisting in reviewing and preparing yearly budgeting, development plan, and company cash flow
- Supporting the procurement of office supplies. equipment and stocks
- Maintaining company SOP, policies, and international quality certification
- Assisting the management team in preparing budgeting, financial and business forecasts, marketing game plans, and business reporting.
- Participating in special projects, programs, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned inside or outside the company

**What we're looking for**
- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Corporate Admin, Management, Office Management or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills (Active in University or College is a bonus)
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel (Bonus)
- Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Minimum internship of 4 months
- Open for Malaysians only

Pay: RM500.00 - RM600.00 per month
