The Sales Event Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing events designed to drive sales and enhance brand visibility. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing strategies, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute high-impact sales events.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Planning & Coordination**:
Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person sales events such as product launches, trade shows, and customer appreciation events. Ensure events align with sales goals and business objectives.
- **Sales Strategy Integration**:
Work closely with the sales team to ensure that event marketing strategies complement and drive overall sales objectives. Ensure that promotional efforts contribute to lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion.
- **Budget Management**:
Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and the event remains within budget. Look for opportunities to maximize ROI.
- **Marketing Collateral Development**:
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop event materials such as invitations, flyers, banners, and online content. Ensure materials reflect brand consistency and the event’s messaging.
- **Post-Event Analysis**:
Collect and analyze event feedback, sales data, and other metrics to assess the success of events. Provide insights and recommendations for future events to increase effectiveness.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree** in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning and marketing, particularly in sales-driven environments.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with both internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.

This role is ideal for a creative, organized individual with a passion for both marketing and sales. The Sales Event Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in executing events that drive business growth and customer engagement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
