**Detailed Description**:

- Coach & mentor team on the Lean or Kaizen process to achieve company goal on lead time improvement & continuous growth target to use the appropriated tools and techniques with DMAIC/DMADV/Or others lean methodology.
- Initiate or facilitate the operation team in identifying the key areas of improvement, setting goals, and developing action plans to meet the Lean Operation strategy
- Organizes and facilitates any Daily Kaizen Activity, Team Excellence and other project competition.
- Promotes continuous improvement culture in the organization.
- Collaborate with other departments on continuous improvement projects by providing technical support and facilitating.
- Reports out statistics on the Lean Six Sigma related KPIs to drive for continuous improvement culture
- Develop a culture of problem solving at all levels of the organization and proficiency with problem solving techniques appropriate for each level.
- Manage Lean or Kaizen improvement projects and to deliver project objectives within the timeline and budget/Cost saving.

**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**:

- Preferable 3-5 years in Lean Six Sigma coaching and/or project leader.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification or experiences with proven.
- Degree in Technology Operation/ Business Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics/ Information Technology Management/ Operation Management/ Data Science or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in Lean Concepts and familiarity with Lean Tools
