Site Qs

Ensure that tender documents, Letter of Awards, BQ, Contract Documents, Variation Order submission in order.
- To carry out site valuation / site measurement for Main Claim and Sub-Contractor claim.
- Request all the quotation required and identified all the scope fulfilled with the project requirement.
- Preparation of feasibility studies, cost breakdown, tender document and Letter of Award.
- Responsible for measurement and taking-off quantities.
- Review, support and create savings on Preliminary cost estimate against budget cost during pre-contract stage.
- Review, support and check tender documents including BQ review and PRF to meet target calling date.
- Reporting to Superior /Head of Department in any project costing related matters.
- Carry out all task assigned by management.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelors Degree / Diploma / Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineering / Contract Management or equivalent
- At least minimum 1 years working experience with construction industry.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
