Traffic Management Supervisor

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Fully responsible for implementation of traffic management scheme and maintenance of traffic materials as well as traffic control devices at site.
- To carryout round check on ensuring the effectiveness of traffic materials and traffic control devices at site.
- Responds and assess incidents, complaints or road accidents for the purpose of resolving or recommending a solution to the situation prior to update to his immediate superior.
- Assist TMO and facilitate in the reporting and investigating of near-miss accidents, accidents and incidents.
- Conduct routine round check to the traffic management implementation for the purpose of ensuring work quality, traffic safety for the road users, and ensuring that performance is meeting established standard and expectations.
- Coordinates with other parties for the purpose of implementing and maintaining services and programs.
- Schedule maintenance on traffic control devices for the purpose of ensuring that the devices in a safe operating condition.
- Responds to inquiries from a variety of internal and external parties for the purpose of providing information, facilitating communication to other parties.
- Responds to emergencies including after work schedule for the purpose of addressing immediate safety concerns.
**Qualification & Requirements**
- Male, minimum high school graduated or equivalent;
- Have knowledge in traffic management and road construction.
- Have knowledge in traffic Traffic Management Scheme implementation at site.
- Applicant with must have valid driving license (GDL preferred).
