Consultant / Beautician

**CONSULTANT**

1. Good customer service experience in the beauty industry - beauty salon / clinic

2. Provide accurate scalp analysis and treatment for customers (Hands On)

3. Educate and promote hair treatment and information to customers

4. Maintain and build good customer relationships

5. Ad-hoc duties assigned by manager

**BEAUTICIAN**

1. Assist doctor in all aesthetics and cosmetic procedures.

2. Demonstrate excellent customer service.

3. Provide professional skincare counselling to patient.

4. Front desk reception duties, patient registrations, and appointment arrangement

5. Maintain general cleanliness and neatness of the product, store, and treatment rooms.

6. Assisting patient on registration and update waiting time/ which consultation room.

7. Assist doctor with examinations and routine procedures.

8. Assist in preparing and dispensing medications (To check with branch director)

9. Assist in / clinical procedures / operate medical equipment with care and professionalism.

10. Answering and handling incoming calls on inquires accordingly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

- Hair Care / Aesthetic: 1 year (preferred)
