This position is responsible for supporting the Engineering team to move the product through design validation and process validation during New Product Introduction (NPI). SOURCE is a fast-growing, mission-driven business that is committed to solving the global water crisis. In this role, you will:

- Fabricate Hydropanel prototypes provided by Engineering.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and fluid systems on Hydropanel prototypes.
- Conduct experiments prescribed by Engineering on Hydropanel parts, sub-assemblies, and system.
- Document and share experimental results in a clear and precise format.
- Collect Critical to Quality (CTQ) air flow rate and air pressure measurements on Hydropanel prototypes.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 5+ years supporting consumer products as a mechanical systems technician.
- Working knowledge of “ANY” of typical shop tools, equipment, and fabrication techniques programming a router table, programming a thermal chamber, sheet metal bending, MIG/TIG welding, forklift, overhead crane, and manual mill.
- Mechanical systems experience troubleshooting fans, motors, pumps and valves. (added advantage)
- Electrical systems fundamentals measuring current, voltage, and resistance. (added advantage)
- Fluid mechanics fundamentals measuring air flow rate and air pressure in open and closed systems. (added advantage)
- Experience in technical writing skills. (added advantage)

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
