- Bachelor degree in graphic design, visual communication design, creative multimedia or any related field with at least ** years experience in a similar role;
- Competent in graphic design software - adobe photoshop, adobe illustrator, etc;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable and flexible, initiative and responsible, strong work ethic;
- Effective time management skills - able to multi-tasks, energetic, self-motivated and able to meet the tight deadline; and
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism, handle complaints - ability to conceptualize ideas to execute and production stage, intermediate level of planning and organizational skills.

Monocal is a fast-growing digital agency serving SME clients is now looking for Graphic Designer to join us

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify the best ways to illustrate and communicate the brief while complying with design best practices and brand guidelines;
- Conceptualize, create, develop and execute full scale designs for all the online / digital
- Work closely with team members & internal department to provide professional recommendations for concept, ideas, design art direction and etc;
- Involved in supporting
- Support, provide ideas and designs for company events and company documentation and recommend creative ideas for monthly campaign/ social media campaign;
- Produce drafts for review and make revisions based on feedback received, according to the timeline; review designs for errors before published
- Take professional pictures in a studio or on location and use the skills in video production and editing as well as high speed photography;
- Understand about photography techniques and able to use manipulation software such as Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, etc to get desired results;
- Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials and illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style; and
- Keep up-to-date with new trends, quality content, latest design trends, tools and technologies.
