**Position: Human Resources Executive (Fresh Graduates Welcome)**
**Location: Johor Bahru | 5-Day Work Week | Attractive Salary & Benefits**

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, selection, training, attendance and performance management, and compensation & benefits administration.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate HR reports and documentation.
- Assist in monthly payroll processing and statutory submissions.
- Draft and manage HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and memos.
- Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a team player with a positive attitude.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
