About the role

What you will do
- Operational support for incident, service, change request and project participation.
- Gather & analyze user requirements and propose & design IT solutions to align with business requirements.
- Prepare detailed functional specifications for IT solutions considering factors like scalability, security, and performance.
- Facilitates implementation by ensuring proper integration, testing, and user training.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including system diagrams, technical specifications, and user manuals.
- Provide support for implemented solutions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system stability.

What you will need
- Key result areas are operational incidents, service requests, change requests, business fulfillment and collaboration management, and project participation support. The performance indicators are to be defined / agreed yearly aligned with the strategic plans and roadmap of BE Manufacturing IT.
- Expectation to achieve the agreed key performance indicator (Portfolio KPI and Individual KPI).
- Solution Effectiveness: Assess the success of implemented solutions in meeting business requirements and delivering expected outcomes, such as improved efficiency, cost savings, or revenue growth.
- Timeliness: Evaluate the ability to meet project/change request milestones and deadlines, ensuring that projects/change requests are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Quality of Documentation: Measure the completeness and clarity of technical documentation, including system diagrams, specifications, and user manuals.
- Issue Resolution: Track the speed and effectiveness of addressing technical issues and troubleshooting, minimizing system downtime and disruptions.
- Stakeholder Satisfaction: Collect feedback from business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gauge overall satisfaction with the solutions provided, including factors like ease of use and reliability.
- Measurement criteria are responsible for incidents and change requests in change solutions. Responsible for performing the change request solution design, project participation support in the committed timeline, project participation support in technical design and functional specification, and cross-portfolio improvement for the system change timeline and documentation.

Position qualification
- Minimum 2-3 years of Solution Analyst and minimum 5-6 years of Senior Solution Analyst IT experience in a multinational and/or semiconductor environment.
- University background / education in engineering and/or computer sciences.
