Food Technologist

**Responsibilities**:
**Product Development**
- Formulate new nutritional and functional food products (e.g., powders, beverages, and supplements).
- Research and develop recipes, testing ingredients for taste, texture, and nutritional value.

**Ingredient Sourcing & Testing**
- Identify and test raw materials for safety, functionality, and compliance.
- Collaborate with suppliers to evaluate ingredient suitability.

**Compliance & Quality Control**
- Ensure formulations comply with Halal, ISO 22000, and HACCP standards.
- Conduct product stability, shelf-life, and sensory testing.

**Research & Innovation**
- Stay updated on trends in functional foods and nutraceuticals.
- Recommend innovative ingredients and processes to improve product quality.

**Documentation**
- Maintain detailed records of formulations, testing, and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in preparing documentation for product registration and certifications.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
