Location: Subang Jaya

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for incoming goods operation
- To maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, planning and monitoring
- Keep adequate records of daily warehouse expense and claims
- To conduct inventory count and assist in verifying stock discrepancies
- Update the WMS & ERP with accurate stock information
- Monitor and organize work for repacking goods
- To maintain proper housekeeping and goods rearrangements in store/warehouse area
- Conduct and attend weekly stock count
- Maintain records and documentation concerning inventory and shipments
- Orders packaging materials and warehouse store supplies as required
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is maintained
- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Track order status and provide updates to outlets
- Maintain and update inventory management systems

**Requirements**:

- Good in Computer skills and well versed in Microsoft Excel
- At least Diploma / Degree in any discipline
- Fresh graduate in encouraged to apply
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- Strong attention to details and accuracy in record-keeping and inventory management
- Hardworking, honest with high level of integrity
- Possess own transport
