Greet and assist customers with inquiries while providing accurate information about products, services, and ongoing promotions.
- Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and drive sales to meet both individual and team targets.
- Ensure the store is well-presented by maintaining organized and visually appealing displays.
- Support inventory management by receiving, organizing, and restocking merchandise, and promptly reporting any discrepancies.
- Process cash and card transactions accurately, including returns, in accordance with store policies.
- Collect and share customer feedback and product insights to enhance overall satisfaction and product offerings.
- Contribute to store security by adhering to theft prevention and loss control procedures.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
