Key Responsibilities
- **Stock & Display Management**: Stock shelves, create attractive product displays, and arrange items according to planograms.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, rotate products (FIFO), and remove expired or damaged items.
- **Promotions & Pricing**: Set up price tags, implement promotional displays, and plan markdowns.
- **Collaboration**: Communicate with store staff, buyers, and suppliers to ensure product availability and proper placement.
- **Sales Optimization**: Analyze sales data to identify bestsellers and recommend strategies to boost profitability.
- **Store Standards**: Maintain clean and organized shelves and displays.

Necessary Skills & Qualifications
- **Education**: High school diploma or GED usually required; some employers prefer business/marketing courses.
- **Experience**: Previous retail or merchandising experience is often needed.
- **Skills**: Strong visual sense, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- **Traits**: Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and customer-focused.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,850.00 per month
