On average, 100 million people throughout the Asia Pacific regions will be transported by equipment supplied and maintained by JSG on any given day. **Analyst, Tactical Buyer (PO Management)**: **Mobility is the goal****: - Responsible for the Production Material (PM) and the Non-Production Material and Services (NPMS) purchasing categories. Achieve the purchasing objectives, within JSG organization according to the agreed goals and approved budgets in line with the company's overall strategies. - Process purchasing requisition from operations, identify approved supplier sources and commercial conditions, issue purchasing/ contract documentation, and ensure fulfilment of suppliers according to the agreed T&C. - Ensures activities are in compliance with Category Strategies agreed between CP & KG Purchasing Manager, Purchasing Processes and "Purchasing Authority". - Support end-to-end standardization and harmonization of the overall Procurement processes and services, i.e. Vendor Master Data, Material Master Data, Shopping Cart, PO processing & fulfilment. - Support Group sourcing, local and global category strategies, through RFx exercises. - Undertake commercial T&C and vendor assessment for high value critical materials, manage key suppliers to ensure material & services are supplied OTIF with the right quality. - Monitor supplier performance and support CCQL supplier consistency audit to achieve and maintain safety/ quality and service level.
