Qe Manager

Responsibilities: - Accountable as Head of Quality for assigned business segment. - Lead department team in QMS, quality engineering, improvement plan in fulfilling internal and customer requirements. - Ensure the effectiveness of quality engineering operation in compliance with internal or customer requirements. - Accountable for quality of product meeting customer specification and fit for use. - Accountable for quality engineering tasks in the process of measuring, examining, and testing related to the quality requirements and data analysis of these with specified control spec and limits. - Prepare quality reports for departmental review, provide data analysis and feedback to the management team. - Lead team to conduct process audit and recommend change / enhancement for continuous improvement to meet customer needs and satisfaction. - Support team on product issue troubleshooting, quality issue resolution, and new product phase-in. - Capable to conduct quality data analysis of SPC, AR&R, GR&R, Minitab, and others QC tools **Requirements**: - Degree in any Engineering / Science field - Minimum 5 years related working experience in Quality Function - Technically competent and knowledgeable in GD&T, SPC, 8D methodology and Data Analytic. - Preferable with HDD component / process knowledge (eg.
