**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers in finding products and answer their questions about products.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.

**Product Knowledge and Recommendations**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
- Understand the different types of skin, hair, and other beauty concerns.
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Explain product benefits, ingredients, and usage instructions to customers.

**Sales and Promotions**:

- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the beauty department.
- Promote products and services through demonstrations, samples, and special offers.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

**Store Operations**:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Stock shelves and displays with products.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control.
- Participate in store events and promotions.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Provide beauty consultations and advice to customers.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as data entry and report writing.

Overall, a Beauty Advisor plays a crucial role in helping customers achieve their beauty goals while contributing to the success of the beauty business.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum education level: SPM or equivalent
- Good personality and communication skills
- No prior experience required (training will be provided)
- Female only
