Explore and expands company social media presence into new E-commerce platforms. Maintain online platforms (Lazada, Shopee) by keeping all information relevant and accurate. Updating online store such as product listings, pricing, stock levels, visual images, product descriptions and video in a timely manner. Responsible for daily operation of online store including order processing and fulfilment. Managing and responding to customer inquiries, feedback & complaints through effective and timely reply. Handling and resolving customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Work closely with other teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to end-customers. Ensure product packing meets the delivery requirements. Coordinating courier shipping and order follow-ups. Rectify issues in shipping or order fulfilment. Conduct market research on competitors, evaluate promotional activities, new product & pricing Provide digital campaigns idea, planning and executing all e-commerce sales activities. Monitor and update accurate amount received from E-commerce platform for delivered order. To monitor and upload latest product on IG or FB with accurate products descriptions and images. Any ad hoc operational duties as assigned.

We are ISO 22000, HACCP and HALAL certified which is a highly recognized and accepted food safety management system in place to ensure all our products made in conformance to international food safety standard.
