Boost is not just a smoothie & juice bar - it is an innovative retail concept based on great tasting products, the unique Boost Experience and amazing-looking stores. Dedicated to inspiring healthy living and serving up healthy alternatives, we are a committed, vibrant and dynamic company dedicated to people, both those who buy our products and those that make them. We are currently embarking on our next stage of aggressive expansion which includes entry into additional markets within the region of South East Asia. We expect to quickly grow to >1,000 stores across the region and then potentially look at listing options. We are looking for a highly capable, experienced, driven and motivated **Team Member** to serve quality food & beverage to our customers across the region. **Responsibilities**: - To maintain a commitment to serving quality food, beverages, and products as well as providing an excellent customer experience to all customers - To ensure that operations are in line with the company vision and values, & follow the strategic direction that is set out by the Management Team. - Communicate and report effectively, efficiently & constructively with Store Crews, Team Leader, Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, Area Manager and staff from the Support Centre - Identify & implement continuous store improvements - Responsible for logistics of stocks (between storeroom and outlet) - Assist in recruitment, training, and retrenchment of staff (with help of Person-In-Charge and Support Centre) **Requirements**: - Ideally at least 1 year of relevant experience in F&B, hospitality, or any related fields. - Applicants with slightly less experience may be considered exceptional in all other areas. - Excellent interpersonal & communication skills and excellent written & spoken English - Able to converse & understand written English & Bahasa Melayu. - Excellent interpersonal & communication skills. - Possess good personal hygiene. - Eager and willing to learn about kitchen operations and food-handling skills. - Willingness to work flexible hours - Drive sales - Training will be provided - Possess own transport - Responsible, honest, energetic, punctual to work and co-operation - Applicants should be Malaysian citizens **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent **Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,700.00 per month **Benefits**: - Maternity leave - Meal allowance - Opportunities for promotion - Parental leave - Professional development Schedule: - Afternoon shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Rotational shift Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay **Education**: - STM/STPM (preferred) **Experience**: - Food & Beverage: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred) - Malay (preferred) Shift availability: - Day Shift (preferred) - Night Shift (preferred)
