We are currently looking for experienced SMAS Analyst (Specialized Management Accounting Service) to join our Consumer Healthcare (Quill 9-Petaling Jaya) office. This role will mainly be responsible for delivery of Management Accounting processes to Consumer Supply Chain Sites

Other Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring that management accounting activities are carried out in a robust and efficient manner and delivered within agreed timelines
- Participate in Continuous improvement processes
- Drive for excellence in management accounting processes.
- Perform monthly closing processes and perform analysis of financial and operational performance including trends and variances on inventory and profit and loss
- Ensure that the Supply Chain Sites’ Actual performance is accounted for and reported in an accurate and timely manner
- Partner with Site Finance to review results, whilst ensuring full compliance with HALEON and external accounting policies
- To actively support the continuous improvements, driving for standardization and improved performance.
- To operate according to agreed processes and in compliance with HALEON policies and procedures

Ideally, we are looking for someone with:

- Bachelor’s degree or professional accounting qualifications
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience
- Experience in working in manufacturing environment, production accounting and product costing is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to details
- Experience in SAP and Cadency are preferred.
