Skincare Retail Trainer

**DEVELOPMENT**:

- Adapt international training materials to fit local needs
- Enhance content of existing training support documents.
- Provide pro-active support to Head of Training in developing, delivering and following up on the company’s training objectives.
- **EXECUTION**:

- Prepare and deliver training programs in the classroom & remote. (Training programs include product training, launch animations, skincare services & selling skills )
- Develop ideas and create local training contents / videos for digital training.
- Develop, motivate, train, coach & retain Skincare Experts and Skincare Specialists.
- **MANAGEMENT**:

- Contribute to Region, Central projects - Regional needs consolidation, evaluation analysis, updates of training programs.
- **ON-FIELD**:

- Conduct store visits to ensure training objectives as executed and to identify future training needs.
- Follow up on product knowledge and selling skills
- Interact with BCs and Retail Team.
- Selling activities at the POS.
- **OTHERS**:

- Perform all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
- Conduct Beauty Classes.
- **TIME ALLOCATION**:

- Spend 45% of duty time on training implementation & evaluation.
- 30% on module preparation, development, and administration.
- 25% on field coaching.

- Able to give basic training in all axes (skincare, makeup & fragrance)
- Experience in training including development & delivery of training
- Computer literate (power point, word, excel)

- **RECOMMENDED PROFILE**:

- 3 - 5 years experience in training & development
- Preferably with beauty luxury business experience.
- Genuine interest in and appreciation of the Dior brand, cosmetics and luxury industry.
- **EDUCATION BACKGROUND**:

- At least STPM or Bachelors Degree in related field.
- Possess formal skincare treatment professional certificate - CIDESCO, CIBTAC

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
