To conduct daily stock take for raw chemicals and compounded chemicals.
- To ensure all compounds and materials to be used are correctly store, segregate, label, and practice first in first out requirement.
- To ensure all compounds and prepared chemicals or materials are correctly and timely recorded into respective forms or checklist.
- To direct and supervise Compounding Operators to ensure all operation are carried out according to SOP.
- To train and supervise group operators on all work activities directly or indirectly related to compounding department.
- Responsible for right preparation of chemical dispersion, latex compounding, and production on-line solution.
- To countercheck and ensure weight for compounding materials and production on-line chemicals are in accordance to specifications.
- To supervise, monitor and follow up with compounding personnel daily activities.
- Ensure departmental personnel abide by all Work Instructions, rules, and regulations of the company.
- To monitor stock level and usage of all latex and compounding materials.
- To ensure all compounding documents are recorded in accordance with ISO standard.
- To be responsible for overall compounding area activities including housekeeping and 5S of all facilities.
- Plan, organize and follow up subordinates in carrying out their daily task diligently.
- Verify and review correct practices and preparation steps by subordinates.
- Arrange and organize of all tanks cleaning as per planned schedule.
- Get approval from executive or manager for any chemical adjustment needed at point of preparation. To ensure all adjustment quantity and reason recorded into respective forms or checklist.
- Ensure good housekeeping for the entire compounding plant and practice 5'S as per GMP requirements.
- Follow up and report to executive or manager on any equipment's required replacement.
- Provide support and assistance to subordinates on any compounding issue that are beyond their ability to resolve.
- To inform superior in the event abnormal or out specification of material, preparation etc and do the correction action as instructed by superior.
- To ensure all equipment and facilities in Compounding department are in good condition and clean. Cleaning activities shall be carried out as per in SOP.
- Any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM and/or higher.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in Compounding, glove manufacturing.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to supervise and manage a team of subordinate.
- Computer literate - i.e MS Excell, Words

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
