At least 5 years experience in delivering service transition from project to the support organisations with knowledge in ITIL and Service Now.

Our Client is a chain of operational centres that form an integral part of a global Oil & Gas giant. They influence business development for the business globally, enabling the work of 93,000 employees in over 70 countries across the world. They are focused on driving excellent corporate performance in Human Resource, Finance Operations, Customer Operations, Supply Chain (Order to Delivery), Contracting and Procurement, Legal Services Global Operations and Creative Solutions. They are seeking for a Service Transition Manager to take on Supportability & Transition role within Connectivity SOM (Serviceable Obtainable Market OR Share of Market). You will work closely with Connectivity Support, Projects, and other functions to ensure that deliverables are in place prior to operational handover. This is a global role with involvement in ~15-20 concurrent projects, working in a Virtual team across multiple time zones may require availability off hours.

**What You Will Do**You will work as Service Transition Manager, a Supportability & Transition role within Connectivity SOM (Share of Market). You will work closely with Connectivity Support, Projects, and other functions to ensure that deliverables are in place prior to operational handover including: SLAs (and associated contracts and agreements), end to end Support Model (including staff, processes & tools), and compliance assurances and others.

You will act as an advisor to the project on supportability considerations throughout the project lifecycle, which often requires knowledge of Enterprise and Global Processes.

To be the first gate for any service on-boarding or service enhancement to Connectivity SOM.

Provide integrated planning of transition requirements for solutions from project to operational support across a program of dependent projects.

Regular status reporting to stakeholders, and ensure learnings and lookbacks are captured and communicated to stakeholders.

Deliver Service Level Agreements (and ensuring alignment of E2E SLA within associated agreements and contracts), budgets for Transition and Run & Maintain costs, Knowledge Transfer & Transition Plan, co-ordinate source code documentation and handover.Assure the solution handed across is compliant with relevant security standards, Business Continuity Plans & Disaster Recovery Plans are delivered, License Management is agreed, asset inventories are up-to-date and signoffs & involvement of key support staff are sought & delivered. Assure that prior to services being moved into production, the configuration details of associated support processes and tools are updated to reflect the implementation Dimensions and Special Challenges

**What You Need**:
At least 5 to 8 years of corporate IT experience.

Self-starter with good analysis and problem-solving skills.

Strong relationship skills to work with multiple stakeholders across organizational and business boundaries at all levels.

Experience in delivering service transition from project to the support organisations.

Experience in planning and coordination within service transition projects.**What's On Offer**:
