**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Monitoring operational performance of both internal and external service providers.
- Monitoring facility condition and environmental performance and recommending or approving funding levels and spending plans.
- Monitoring work orders open and close together with preventative maintenance.
- Monitoring renovation projects.
- Monitoring performance metrics for vendors.
- Monitoring utilities usage for the stake holders.
- Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals.
- Manage cost and budget as approved by upper management.
- Monitoring Health and Safety of building area.
- Ability to work with others on a team to accomplish goals.
- Conduct regular inspections around the campus to ensure no stagnant water is collected around the campus to avoid breeding of mosquitoes
- Inspect campus to ensure no pests/stray animals are kept as pets for safety reasons on the campus.
- Ensure that regular fogging is conducted by external vendor.
- Review CCTV footage and conduct random spot checks to ensure no unauthorised entry and exit of intruders at all times.
- Audit staff and vendor movement to ensure staff are onsite or at the campus.
- Weekly updates on the campus status to Facility Manager.
- Performing other duties as may be assigned by the relevant authorities of the College.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least a Degree in Mechanical or Electrical
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in similar area or in the education industry.
- Familiarity with regulations and building codes.
- Have technical knowledge of facility-related equipment and services, including HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), electrical circuits, all components of plumbing and water quality, and general construction.
- Responsible, integrity and committed to work.
- Able to work extra hours and under pressure.
- Vendor Management experience.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
