_**Key Responsibilities**_
- **Supervision & Coordination**:
Coordinate and supervise Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) activities on site, managing subcontractor schedules and ensuring smooth workflow.
- **Quality Assurance**:
Inspect M&E works to ensure they meet specifications, quality standards, and project requirements, addressing any non-conformances.
- **Technical Review**:
Review and approve M&E shop drawings, technical submittals, and method statements from contractors.
- **Progress Monitoring**:
Track project progress, monitor site productivity, and report on problem areas to project managers.
- **Testing & Commissioning**:
Coordinate the process of testing and commissioning of the installed M&E systems to ensure they are fully functional.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
Maintain proper document control and submit required reports and calibration certificates to relevant parties.
- **Communication**:
Act as a point of contact to resolve M&E issues and liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
- **Safety Compliance**:
Adhere to and promote company safety policies and procedures throughout the M&E construction process.
- **Key Requirements**_
- **Education**:
Typically requires a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- **Experience**:
A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in building construction, particularly with M&E systems.
- **Skills**:
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- **Advantage**:
Experience with knowledge of Architect or C&S works in high-rise building projects is often considered an advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
