Pharmacy Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Dispensing & Customer Service**
- Assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications accurately.
- Provide information to customers on prescribed and over-the-counter (OTC) medications under the pharmacist’s supervision.
- Ensure prescriptions are filled correctly and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide guidance on health-related products.
**2. Inventory & Stock Management**
- Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Receive, unpack, and label medication stock properly.
- Check for expired medications and follow proper disposal procedures.
- Maintain an organized and clean storage area.
**3. Administrative & Compliance Duties**
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and transactions.
- Assist in processing insurance claims and verifying prescription details.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policies.
- Support the pharmacist in managing documentation and reporting.
**4. General Operations Support**
- Ensure the pharmacy area is clean and well-maintained.
- Handle cash register transactions and provide billing support.
- Assist in pharmacy promotions and customer education initiatives.
5. Qualification
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma In Pharmacy
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
