**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operations & Administration**
- Support upper management in setting and tracking operational goals that align with company growth.
- Prepare and maintain reports, budgets, and schedules as required.
- Assist in improving operational systems, processes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient factory and workflow optimization.
- Promote workplace safety and enforce safety procedures.

**Inventory & Warehouse Management**
- Manage stock levels and monitor inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Handle all incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt.
- Inspect storage conditions, maintain cleanliness, and report any discrepancies or damages.
- Conduct scheduled stock takes and assist with physical inventories as required.
- Operate systems for inventory verification and documentation.
- Compare deliveries against purchase orders/contracts and prepare discrepancy reports.

**Customer Support & Order Fulfillment**
- Ensure timely fulfillment of all online and offline customer orders.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Vendor & Supplier Coordination**
- Liaise with internal and external service providers to ensure efficient delivery of goods and services.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and addressing service issues.

**Digital & Website Support**
- Perform basic updates and content handling on the company’s website.
- Support the e-commerce function through order processing and inventory syncing.

**Additional Duties**
- Assist other departments with administrative or operational tasks when needed.
- Adhere to the company’s policies, objectives, and quality management systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
