**Job Summary**:

- This role involves responding promptly to emergency calls, assessing patient conditions, administering appropriate medical treatment, and ensuring safe transportation to medical facilities while working closely with other emergency personnel.
- _Reporting To: Operation Manager -Emergency Department_

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency calls and medical incidents.
- Assess the condition of patients and determine appropriate course of treatment.
- Provide advanced life support, including airway management, cardiac monitoring, and medication administration.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical information accurately.
- Collaborate with other medical professionals and emergency personnel to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Safely transport patients to appropriate medical facilities while continuing necessary medical treatment en route.
- Transfer care of patients to hospital staff, providing detailed reports on patient condition and treatment provided.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient care, treatments administered, and observations made during emergency responses.
- Ensure all medical equipment and supplies are properly maintained, stocked, and ready for use.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum diploma in Paramedicine or related field.**:

- Previous experience as a paramedic or in a similar emergency medical role is preferred.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) certifications.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina and fitness to perform demanding tasks, including lifting and moving patients.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Early shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Attendance bonus
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
