Land Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct on-site surveying, including topographic, boundary, and engineering surveys;
- Use equipment such as total stations, GPS, for data collection and recording;
Develop survey plans to ensure the accuracy and completeness of collected data;
- Prepare topographic maps, shop drawings, and related technical diagrams from survey data;
- Compile detailed survey reports to support project progression;
- Maintain survey equipment to ensure it functions properly;
- Collaborate closely with project teams to address survey-related issues;
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian regulations and technical standards in all survey activities;
- Setting out piling points and prepare as-built drawings.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma or higher degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related fields;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in surveying, with familiarity with Malaysian engineering projects and regulations;
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, CASS, GIS, and related surveying software;
- Competent in operating total stations, GPS equipment, and other modern surveying tools;
- Strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and adapt to flexible schedules;
Possession of relevant professional certifications;
- Able to work beyond working hours.
- Must be able to work independently and under pressure.
