Learning & Development Junior Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Learning & Development cum Admin Junior Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who is passionate about helping others grow through coaching and training programs. You will support the design, delivery, and evaluation of our training offerings, helping our clients achieve their personal and professional goals. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks, including taking care of office management and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ability to work effectively in a team is an added value
Key responsibilities include
- **Program Support**: Assist in the preparation of training materials/kits and follow up on action items.
- Support in setting up, engaging participants, and ensuring thorough preparation before, during, and after the program.
- Provides a comprehensive overview of the responsibilities before (coordinate logistics, registration, prepare materials, vendor coordination), during (setup, handle inquiries, facilitation assistance) and after (collect feedback, evaluation report, update records) a training program, ensuring smooth execution and effective outcomes
- **Client Communication**: Coordinate with clients to schedule training sessions, manage participant lists, and gather pre-session requirements or assessments.
- **Supplier Communication**: Coordinate with vendors, including printers and caterers, to ensure seamless execution of the program.
- **Learning Management System (LMS) Administration**: Manage our LMS by uploading course content, tracking participant progress, and generating completion reports.
- **Administrative Support**: Handle administrative tasks such as managing schedules, preparing training materials, and maintaining client records.
- **Office Support**: Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and handling correspondence.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments
- **Supplies Management**: Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed and ensuring that supplies are stocked.
Pay: RM2,200.00 per month
