Managing and looking after the welfare of both local & foreign workers in the estate.
- Controlling the estate’s labour force including mandays updating / problems encountered
- To maintain a close collaboration and to establish a good communication channel between workers and the Company as to ensure that worker’s voices are heard.
- Providing education and counseling session for workers when deem necessary.
- To conduct briefings and guidelines on legal regulations and Company’s policy to workers.
- To maintain a high degree of self discipline and sense of responsibilities as to portray a good examples to others.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month

- Bintulu (Bintulu): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
