**What you'll be doing?**
- **Lead branch operations**: Manage sales and aftermarket services, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and customer satisfaction.
- **Develop your team**:Guide and mentor a team of sales advisors and service department staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- **Deliver outstanding service**: Ensure top-notch customer service to autogate trackless, security doors and alumglass clients, building long-lasting relationships and brand loyalty.
- **Drive financial success**: Take charge of the branch's profitability, setting and achieving monthly sales targets.
- **Build a strong team**: Recruit, train, and develop new talent at the branch level, creating a high-performing sales force..

**Who are they looking for?**
- **Sales management experience**: Ideally, 5+ years in sales management. Experience with Trackless Autogate, Security Doors & Alumglass sales or heavy equipment is a plus, but we're open to professionals from various sectors who can bring fresh perspectives.
- **Leadership skills**: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, particularly in sales and service environments. We're looking for someone who can inspire and bring out the best in their team.
- **Financial acumen**: Experience in financial management, including setting and achieving sales targets and ensuring profitability. Your analytical skills will be key to driving business growth.

Pay: RM2,131.19 - RM6,556.06 per month
