Production Planner Customer Service

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed by to meet predicted completion date.
- Write all the orders by using template given in production order books respectively once received Purchase Order from Admin Clerk or directly from customer/s.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Purchase Department to ensure the availability of materials needed for production.
- Liaise with customer, Purchase Department, Human Resource Department, Warehouse & Logistic Department, and maintenance team to ensure all workers, material and machinery will be available when required.
- Monitor project progress in daily basis to ensure it is following the schedule.
- Troubleshoot problem that occur during production, including staff shortage and machinery malfunction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and orders. Provide timely updates on order status and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and production teams to align customer needs with production capabilities.
- Prepare report about production process for management and suggest ways to improve efficiency.
- Any ad hoc as assigned by superior.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree or Certificates in any related field.
- At least **one (1) year of experience** in production/manufacturing.
- **Familiar** with **SQL** Accounting Software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Mandarin speaker required**.
**Working Hours**:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:45 PM
- Lunch break: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
**Experience**:
