Shipping (Protege)

**Summary Of Responsibilities.**
- Coordinate and schedule domestic and international shipments
- Prepare shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, customs forms)
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams
- Resolve shipping issues, delays, and customer complaints
- Maintain shipping logs and update databases or ERP systems
- Ensure compliance with import/export laws and hazardous materials handling
- Assist in inventory management and warehouse coordination

**Education & Skills Requirement.**
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistic & warehouse, Shipping or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Attendance bonus
- Overtime pay
