Duties and responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues through help desk operations.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including regular system updates, patches, and security protocols.
- Assist in user account management, including setup, permissions, and access control across various platforms.
- Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including backup operations and data recovery procedures.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of IT security measures and best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and provide cross-departmental technical assistance.

Required skills and experience
- Diploma and above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or related technical role, including internships and academic projects; experience with industry-specific systems (healthcare, finance, or educational platforms) is considered relevant experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Windows and MacOS operating systems, including software installation, configuration, and maintenance in a professional environment.
- Strong working knowledge of computer hardware components, network protocols, and common peripherals, with proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Experience with help desk ticketing systems and IT service management processes, including incident tracking and resolution documentation.
- Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office 365 suite administration and troubleshooting, including Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain IT security protocols and best practices, including malware prevention and data protection.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
