**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in training or retail sales, preferably in the consumer electronics or mobile industry.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, product training, and solution selling.
- Experience in soft skills training, such as communication, leadership, and customer service.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using online training platforms and e-learning development tools.
- Ability to develop interactive and engaging training content.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for the Sales department on product knowledge, solution selling, and sales techniques.
- Conduct occasional soft skills training for support staff to improve communication, teamwork, and other essential workplace skills.
- Facilitate training sessions through various methods, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning approaches.
- Assess training needs through surveys, feedback, and collaboration with department heads.
- Develop and update training materials, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with business objectives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.
- Provide coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning outcomes.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
