**Overview**

We are seeking friendly, hardworking, and reliable individuals to join our team as **Cafe & Laundry Crew**. This is a dual-role position where you will assist in both our café and laundry operations, ensuring customers enjoy excellent service, quality products, and a clean, welcoming environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Service & Café Operations**
- Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude.
- Prepare and serve food, beverages, and snacks according to standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including counters, tables, and equipment.
- Assist with cashiering, taking orders, and handling payments.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are always followed.

**Laundry Operations**
- Assist customers with self-service laundry.
- Keep laundry area clean, tidy, and well-organized.
- Monitor supplies and report when restocking is needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum age: 18 years old.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
- Able to multitask between café and laundry duties.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends.
- Basic communication skills (Malay/English).
- Prior experience in F&B or laundry is an advantage, but not required (training provided).
