**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrates excellent customer service by making every customer feel special.
- Provide quality beverages, desserts and food products consistently for all customer by adhering to the recipes and presentation standards. Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Be attentive to customer queries and comments, address the feedback and show improvement.
- Be knowledgeable on our products including taste profile, origin etc, able to demonstrate enthusiasm on the new additions to the menu.
- Be alert with the cleanliness and tidiness of workplace, assist in clearing the table and ensure cutleries, tray, serve-ware and glasses are clean and meet expectation.
- Comply to every hygiene & grooming practice in accordance to our Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintaining a positive and professional behaviour at all time. Assist with new crew training by reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. Executes and organizes opening and closing duties as scheduled and assigned.
- Performs administrative tasks as and when required.

**Qualification Requirements**
- Talents must possess a minimum SPM qualification.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Working Hours:
**-Full Timer: 7 hours 30 mins + 1 hour break, per day **and able to commit 6 days, on weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts
- Highly adaptable to changes and challenges, able to work under pressure and multitask
- Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills. Customer oriented.
