Personal Loan Officer

**You will act as liaison between customers and our financial institution.**:
- **You will help qualified applicants acquire loans in a timely manner.**
**Responsibilities**
- _Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans_
- _Determine all applicable ratios and metrics and set up debt payment plans_
- _Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information_
- _Justify decisions (approvals/rejections) and report on them_
- _Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions_
- _Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services_
- _Maintain and update account records_
- _Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans_
- _Develop referral networks, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services to accomplish quotas_
- _Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process_
- _Οperate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines_
**Requirement and Skills**
- 2 years working experience in bank
- _Proven working experience as a Loan Officer_
- _Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices_
- _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills_
- _Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies_
- _Ability to work in a goal oriented environment_
- _BS degree in finance, economics or a related field_
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
