**Job Descriptions**

1. Assist in managing warehouse staff, including overseeing work schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols.

2. Train new and existing employees and provide ongoing guidance on warehouse procedures and equipment operation. Monitor staff performance and ensure productivity targets are met.

3. Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining accurate records of stock by daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly.

4. Ensure goods are properly labelled, tracked, and stored according to company procedures. Assist with regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

5. Ensure accurate data entry and updates in warehouse management systems (WMS).

6. Supervise the efficient unloading, inspection, and storage of incoming shipments.

7. Oversee the preparation and timely dispatch of outgoing orders, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and shipment tracking. Monitor and track the status of shipments to ensure orders are completed on time.

8. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to ensure efficient operations. Optimize the layout and storage systems for easy access to goods and safe movement of employees and equipment.

9. Ensure safe, clean, and clutter-free aisles and storage spaces at all times.

10. Review and implement work instructions and procedures for all warehouse operations covering inventory control, receiving, storage, material supply, and container loading to be in compliance with company policies, ISO, and other relevant requirements.

11. Manage document in relation to (License Manufacturing Warehouse) LMW and Custom requirement and all other related regulatory requirement.

12. Oversee the maintenance and proper operation of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, scanners & etc. Report any equipment malfunctions and coordinate timely repairs to minimize disruptions to operations.

13. Assist in tracking and reporting warehouse metrics and performance indicators. Maintain and update daily basis inventory management systems and generate and assist with reports on stock levels, order fulfilment, and operational efficiency.

14. Any other duties or tasks as assigned by superior.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:
2. Required skill(s): Warehouse and logistics management, ERP.

3. Must have 8 years of working experience and hands on as Assistant Manager level in warehouse operation and system with prove track record.

4. Preferably working experiences specializing in Warehouse & Logistic Management in manufacturing industries.

5. An analytical mind with strong math skills.

6. Excellent organizational, planning, people management and problem-solving skills

7. Computer literate (able to handle Microsoft Word, Excel etc)

8. Good communication and interpersonal abilities

9. Able to speak & write Japanese Language will be an added advantage.
