- Monitor the volume and quality of output and adjust tasks, timing, equipment set-up, or inputs so that production specifications are met and resources are used efficiently.
- Supervise staff to ensure that all production tasks are performed, and all machines and equipment operated, safely.
- Responsible to support the key business metrics, general housekeeping, and workplace safety.
- Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.

**Qualification/Skills Experience**
- SPM/STPM/Certificates/Diploma/Degree qualifications or related.
- Min 2 years working experience with related field
- Fresh Graduated / No experience is welcome to apply.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia and other language is advantage.
- Able to communicate effectively and great leadership skills.
- With good attendance and have good working attitude.

Production Assistant

Pay: RM1,900 - RM2,500 per month

Production Supervisor

Pay: RM3,000 - RM4,000. per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Production Supervisor: 2 years (preferred)
- No experienced is welcome to apply

**Language**:

- English
- Mandarin
- Malay

Either one

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
