**Job description**
- Create mood board and propose interior design to clients
- Able to take carpentry site measurements (min 2 years carpentry experience)
- Prepare detailed interior 3d drawings, 2D floorplans, and blueprints based on design concepts and specifications according to clients requirements
- Utilize CAD software to create accurate 2D and 3D drawings, elevations, and sections.
- Review and revise drawings as needed to accommodate changes or modifications during the design process.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma /Degree in Drafting Technology, Architecture, or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software.
- Strong understanding of architectural drafting principles, techniques, and standards.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting complex designs and plans.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday - Timing Flexible (According to clients timing)
- Possess own Transport

**Salary**: From RM 3000-RM 6000 per month ( Depends on Experience) (Including transport allowance)

Ability to commute/relocate: Travel to Singapore on alternate days

Mount Austin: Reliably commute or planning to relocate

**Experience**:
3D Drafter: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:
Mandarin, Malay and English (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Interior Design: 2 years (preferred)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
