**Overview of the Position**:
This role responsible for develop high-quality, engaging content for all communication materials, ensuring consistent messaging that aligns with corporate brand guidelines.

**The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative**:

- **Content Development and Management**: Create, write, and adapt content for all communication materials (e.g., press releases, brochures, website, social media, internal communications) to ensure consistency with corporate branding and messaging guidelines in Bahasa Malaysia (BM), English and Mandarin.
- **Content Monitoring and Optimization**: Oversee the timely production of all communication materials, ensuring they meet deadlines and maintain quality. Track and assess content performance (both online and offline) to measure effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvement.
- **Brand Monitoring and Market Presence**: Continuously monitor competitors and peers' market presence and media coverage to assess content impact, audience engagement, and market positioning. Identify areas for content enhancement.
- **Media Relations and Publicity**: Establish and nurture positive media relationships. Execute media outreach initiatives, ensuring proactive media coverage and enhancing the company’s visibility through press releases, media briefings, and collaborations.
- **Branding Projects**: Participate in the conceptualization and execution of branding and marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are aligned with brand strategies and completed on time and within scope.
- **CSR and Company Event**: Collaborate in the planning, communication, and promotion of CSR initiatives and community engagement activities, ensuring alignment with corporate values and messaging.
- **Administrative Support**: Support the Corporate Communications team with administrative tasks such as managing the awards submission process, ensuring timely nomination, information and fees request, attendance, RSVP and prepare director’s speeches.
- **Ad-Hoc Duties**: Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the broader objectives of the Communications team and management from time to time.

**To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below**:

- **Educational Background**:Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing and Journalism or related field.
- **Language Proficiency**:Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia (BM), and Mandarin is mandatory.
- **Proven Experience**:Demonstrated min ONE (1) year of relevant working experience in copywriting, content creation, or corporate communications. Experience in working with branding, media relations, and public relations is highly preferred.
- **Writing Skills**: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to tailor tone and messaging for different audiences. Ability to write clear, engaging, and impactful content for various channels (e.g., press releases, blogs, website copy, social media posts).
- **Creative Passion**: A creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and innovate in communication approaches.
- **Work location**: Bukit Jalil (Nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
