**Key Responsibilities**

**Strategic Planning and Execution**:

- Assist in developing and managing marketing and sales budgets.
- Plan and execute targeted advertising and promotional campaigns, particularly in the digital space.

**Client Engagement and Sales Growth**:

- Present products and services to potential clients with a persuasive and professionalapproach.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeatbusiness.
- Negotiate and close contracts with clients to achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

**Market Presence and Networking**:

- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry meetings to promote brand visibility.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

**Data Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate sales records and compile data for performance tracking and reporting.
- Analyze sales metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

**Problem-Solving and Customer Service**:

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.

**Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee logistics, including preparing parcels for shipping.

**Digital Marketing Support**:
**Event Participation and Miscellaneous Tasks**:

- Support company events and undertake ad hoc tasks as required.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Proven track record in sales and marketing roles, with demonstrable achievements.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing and sales-related software/tools.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
