Business & Corporate Banking - Transaction Banking (Digital QA)

**Responsibilities:
- Involved in production issue support and ensuring the quality of the deliverables or fixes are meeting the requirements;
- Taking accountability on the issue raise by the stakeholder and ensuring the issue is resolved within the turn around time and to conduct Quality Evaluation to ensure it meets the required standard
- To design, review, execute, and maintain a set of test cases that is used to validate software systems to meet requirements agreed with the customer;
- Work with Test Automation Engineer to develop automated functional testing and execute manual or automated test cases;
- Analyse and document defects in a clear and concise manner;
- Documenting the test result based on the test cases, report issue and track testing progress and status to stakeholders timely;
- Demonstrate a high level of technical competence within the scope of the role, self-sufficiency; willingness to acquire new and additional skill;
behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or equivalent
- Experience in transaction banking / internet or mobile banking
